"Darren."
"Daniel, I'm kinda busy here," Darren hollered back. He was sitting on the guestroom floor surrounded by scraps of gift wrapping and cards. He was just about to finish wrapping a package when he heard footsteps near the doorway.
"Dan, don't you dare come here, I'm -- Um, Daniel?" Darren gulped.
"What?" Daniel's eyes sparkled with mischief.
"You're...looking good." Darren was now smiling as well. Daniel was leaning on the doorframe wearing nothing but a red pointed hat.
"Whatcha doin'?" Darren tore his eyes away from Daniel and looked around himself.
"Dan! You're not supposed to see all this!"
"Oh, is one of those for me?"
"...No."
"Liar, liar, pants on fire. But you know, I've got something for you as well," Daniel said taking a few steps towards Darren.
"Dan..." Darren whined, knowing he'd lost the battle as soon as Daniel's lips touched his. He closed his eyes and let Daniel push him back until he was lying on the floor. He let out a quiet sigh as he felt lips on his neck and warm fingers fumbling with the buttons of his shirt.
"Daniel..."
A sudden break of contact. The sound of paper being torn.
"You got me a juicer?! How romantic, Darren."
"Daniel!" Darren scrambled up just in time to see Daniel run downstairs, the bell in his hat jingling merrily along with his laughter.
"It's practical!" 'Plus I need it to make my daily vitamin drink to be able to keep up with him,' Darren added to himself before dashing after Daniel.
