Formal Dress Required by Stina
"Dan, do we have to go?"
"Yes, we have to, Daz."
"Do we really, really have to..."
Daniel stood in front of the bathroom mirror working on his hair. "Darren, we can stop this discussion, it is an important party of the record company and we have to show up. End of it, Darren, end of it!!!"
"But have you seen this: 'formal dress required (tie)', I don't want to wear a tie, I HATE it!!!!!"
"You'll look fabulous with it, Darren. And now stop whining about it. I'll go down to the laundry and get my cleaned suit and you - GET DRESSED!!!!"
Daniel grinned an evil grin.
"And don't you forget the tie!!"
He ducked to escape the flying pillow.
Half an hour later he came back, carrying the suit over his arm and opened the door.
The sight was... breathtaking. Daniel's mouth went dry when he saw Darren standing in the door-frame to the bedroom, leaning relaxed against it.
"Darren..."
"Well, how do I look?"
"A...A... Amazing.."
"Do I really look good with a tie?"
"Wow..."
"And you really want to take me with you to this party, do I look good enough?"
Daniel swallowed hard. "Oh, sure, everyone will stare at you...."
He slowly strolled over to Darren, took the end of the blue silk tie and pulled him closer with it, kissed him softly on his lips.
"But maybe you were right... Maybe... Staying home... Isn't such a bad idea...."
Darren smiled innocently. "Really? Now that I made such an effort with my clothing?"
Daniel began to lose the tie.
"Yeah.. I think I wanna stay at home with you tonight."
"Sure?"
Daniel kissed him deeply.
"Absolutely sure..."
He loosened the tie and let it fall to the floor carelessly.
It didn't matter. In fact it was the only bit Darren had been wearing anyway.
